About me
And what I do exactly
Ambassador for happy childhoods.
I have been passionate about early education for over twenty years. I practised my basic profession, kindergarten teacher, for many years, also while studying psychology. Additional qualifications such as early education, inclusive education and movement therapy help me to take a holistic view of children’s development. The joy that comes with working or living with children shouldn’t be neglected. I work in an encouraging, structured and efficient way with people who want to better understand and support the children in their lives. Happy childhoods are achievable!

How I work.
Solution-orientated, action-orientated, daily life-orientated
Efficient, well-founded, structured, encouraging
Phase 1: Who asks, wins.
First we find out together whether I’m the right person for you. In a comprehensive preliminary dialogue, you tell me where the shoe is pinching. Perhaps you have worries that have been bothering you for a while. Or you want to learn more about what I do. I will ask you specific questions to understand whether I can help you. I want you to feel that you are in good hands with me and that you are being listened to. Perhaps I can give you some encouraging advice during the preliminary discussion. That way you can see whether you like my approach.
Phase 2: Customised fits best.
In the preliminary meeting, we will find the offer that will best help you move forward. Be it individual counselling, longer-term support or a training course. Perhaps we will design a completely new format together that is tailored to you and your needs?
Phase 3: Those who are encouraged can encourage.
We work together on concrete solutions that are suitable for everyday life. Whether there is a conflict in the team or a constant argument in the family when it comes to tidying up – what needs do the people involved have? How can they communicate them? How can you strengthen your relationships and improve your situation? After the first meeting, it’s up to you to try out a few of the suggested solutions. We will agree this in concrete terms at the first meeting.
Phase 4: The proof of the pudding is in the eating.
You try out the solutions in your context – family, team, work. We will meet again after a few weeks. You either have a follow-up appointment with me or the following counselling appointment. What has worked? Are we on the right track? What was most difficult? We’ll make adjustments together. Change takes time and practice!
Phase 5 You are the change.
You start to gain confidence with the new methods and notice long-term changes. The type of learning you practise with me will also enable you to face new challenges with greater strength. You can choose new tools from the large repertoire and apply them. Your mindset has changed. You now know more precisely what you want and how you can set boundaries. You strengthen the relationships in your environment and have a transformative effect on your entire system.
