1. Scope and Subject Matter of the Contract

These terms and conditions apply to all services, including all offers, courses, webinars, online coaching, and groups (hereinafter collectively referred to as: “Offer”) provided by Elisabeth Krista, Treskowstraße 47, 13156 Berlin, beratung(a)elisabethkrista.com (hereinafter referred to as: “Provider”). The general terms and conditions are part of the contract between the Provider and the recipient of the service (hereinafter referred to as: “Client”) and are fully acknowledged and accepted by the Clients upon registration and booking of services provided by the Provider. The Provider renders its services exclusively based on these terms and conditions. The Client’s own terms and conditions require the Provider’s explicit, written consent.

2. Services

The Provider’s services include psychological counseling and teaching in the field of education and pedagogy. These are provided in the form of individual consultations (“Packages”), in courses, in group offers (“Discussion Parties,” “Parent Groups,” etc.) both online and in person. All relevant information and prices are clearly described on the Provider’s website or can be provided upon request in an offer. All services are provided to the best of the Provider’s knowledge and belief. The Provider does not guarantee results and consequences of its services. The Provider is not a qualified medical professional and is therefore not authorized to make diagnoses or findings. However, the Provider can recommend or refer to other professionals for such diagnoses.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices for the services are listed on Elisabeth Krista’s website and include statutory VAT. For individual inquiries, an offer will be created and sent via email after the inquiry. Payment is made through the available payment methods via the payment service provider TicketsCommerce or by bank transfer to Elisabeth Krista’s account, DE24 1101 0100 2240 5085 35 at Solaris Bank, Iban: SOBKDEBBXXX. Payment is due at the time of invoicing, but no later than 14 days thereafter.

5. Right of Cancellation according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB (Distance Contracts)

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. The cancellation can be made via email to beratung(a)elisabethkrista.com or by mail to the above address with a clear statement. Consequences of Cancellation All payments made by the Client in connection with the cancellation must be refunded to the same payment method within 14 days.

6. Cancellation Policy

It can always happen that “something” comes up. Therefore, I have tiered my cancellation fees. Please understand that I cannot compensate for short-term cancellations – for example, by booking other appointments. In the spirit of mutual respect, I ask you to contact me by phone and as quickly as possible in case of a cancellation. Courses

Cancellation Policy for Courses
You can change your mind up to 2 weeks before the course start. After that, a cancellation fee will apply. The course provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient registration. This will be done up to one week before the course start. The Client then has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract and receive a refund of the course price or to use an alternative offer. Group Offers Parent groups and discussion parties can be canceled free of charge up to 2 days before the start. After that, a cancellation fee of 90% of the price will apply. Cancellation Policy for Counseling Packages
Counseling appointments for packages can be rescheduled free of charge up to 2 days in advance. After that, a fee of 80% of the package price will apply. Rescheduling is, if possible, done by phone call; otherwise, by email. For long-term package offers, the Provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 80 euros per appointment in the case of multiple short-term cancellations/rescheduling. In such cases, the counseling may not continue.

7. Duty to Cooperate

The Client is requested to provide requested information in advance and in a timely manner. This is necessary to provide comprehensive counseling. In case of a missed appointment, timely cancellation by phone is requested. Finding a new appointment is the responsibility of both parties and should be done as quickly as possible. Successful counseling is in the mutual interest – therefore, the active cooperation and willingness to find solutions from the Client is expected.
